I regret not writing this sooner, but I wanted to give Jay a chance to fulfill his promise which he did not. At the end of July Jay’s team of summer students knocked on my door and asked me if I wanted my interlock pressure washed and I figured sure why not. What a mistake as I didn’t realize the skillset required to pressure wash interlock. It was poorly done and Jay even came back and pressure washed it a second time and it still looks worse than before they started working on it. Has my interlock been permanently damaged and that’s why Jay and has team has disappeared? In addition to pressure washing my interlock they also sealed my driveway, and the work was sloppy as the seal discoloured my interlock. Again, Jay promised to fix this, and he never did. I also hired them to clean my windows and I have never had professional window cleaning done before but there were lots of streaks and they did redo it with not much improvement. I had to clean the windows myself afterwards to remove the streaks. Next time I would hire a company that just specializes in cleaning windows as I feel like their work was barely satisfactory. Lastly, I hired them to pressure wash my deck. I didn’t have high expectations, but they did promise to come back at a later date and sand and stain the deck which they never did. Some of the wood was damaged from the pressure washing which makes me think they weren’t entirely sure what they were doing. Overall the windows, deck and driveway looks better now but the interlock looks worse which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. Jay made lots of promises that he didn’t keep, and I had to continually keep calling and texting him to come back.
